Villa:

It is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located off Highway 27 & I-4, very close to Kissimmee with all its restaurants and shopping. Disney is only a 20-minute drive away. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, MGM and other attractions are close by.

Pool:

The large swimming pool is covered by a fully enclosed screen and
comes complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. It has an extended sundeck area which is ideal for breakfasts, evening meals or just simply relaxing, whilst enjoying a long cool drink!
The pool has an optional electric heater for those slightly cooler winter months.

Kitchen:

The luxuriously fitted kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and an oven with hob. The kitchen also contains all the accessories that you would ever need :- cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, liquidiser, kettle and toaster. (plus an English teapot and eggcups – hard to find in Florida!)

Great room:

This is the largest of the living areas with two large sofas, occasional furniture and a 32” Sony remote control cable television and DVD player.

Off the great room we also have a study, the ideal place to 'chill' and reflect on the days activities.

Bedroom 1:

The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and views across the swimming pool with doors leading out to the patio for those early morning dips and breakfast on the terrace.

The Master bedroom features cable TV, in an armoire, and a walk in wardrobe with a chest of drawers.

Bedrooms 2& 3:

Bedrooms 2 & 3 both feature queen sized beds one in Mahogany and the other solid Oak. Bedroom 2 also has a 27” Philips television with cable.

Both bedrooms also feature walk-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers to hold all of those holiday essentials!

Bedrooms 4 & 5:

Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have solid oak twin beds, a nightstand, chest of drawers, reading lamp and a walk in wardrobes.

The villa sleeps 10 comfortably with the possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed.

Games Room :

Plenty of games to keep everyone happy!

7' pool table, air hockey, electronic basketball, table tennis, foosball, darts for big kids & darts for little kids.
